Do not expect your standard hotel. The place is clean but not pretty. The building looks old and quite intimidating. The breakfast was good and there is a good subway connection. The area around the hotel is also quite intimidating. We could hear a lot of noise from people coming back to the hotel at night, as well as a load of noise from the street. If you're afraid of elevators, don't even.. but for us it wasn't a problem (I've had worse elevators but this one can be scary).

The staff was nice and friendly, and had no problem with late check-in and check-out.

It is not a hotel, it is just top floor (roof floor) in a building with scary elevator. I wanted to originally give it 3 stars, since it is simply nothing special, but mould in shower made it 2*. Rooms have separated bathrooms over gangway. Reception is opened only till 8pm. Breakfast was standard. Beds were quite nice. I mean for 60€ you can get better in Berlin.

The lift is small but that's how most of these old buildings are. Overall we got okay service and is good for day or two stay. Breakfast option was good. Reception doesnot stay after evening and bathrooms are not attached.

It was not very clean. Dust everywhere. Our room had so soft mattress, that our backs hurt so much. Breakfast was not rdy at 7:30, and tbh it was pretty poor. Wifi was poor too, but at least it was free.

The hotel is on the fifth floor. There is no reception and information display in the ground floor. It has a lift having a maximum capacity of 3 persons. One of the most intolerable thing is the bedbugs in the bed and wall of the bedroom.The breakfast they served was very bad and was of low quality.There was fungus in the bread they served. And the bedroom does not have attached bathroom. Also there is no one in the reception after 6pm and so if something happens there is no one to inform. THE WORST HOTEL I have ever been.

Disgusted hotel the way they treat people is shocking, my son cant go in july due to the coronovirus yet they say you can't get a refund and you need to pay a cancellation fee, my son would have gone if he could. There not getting the cancellation fee as they have already €280 off off me, never will I recommend anyone to go to this hotel or book with booking.com, absolutely disgusted .

Awesome place in Berlin. Despite the old building, rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel prices are very good. There's an underground stop nearby.
