Scammed us and forcily canceled our room four nights before the trip to make more money with the room due to Berlin being fully booked.

Same room 80€ is now for rent for the same days for 500€.

Would definitely not trust them

The most dirty hotel in berlin. please do not book this hotel. the rooms are very dusty and very dirty. all the toilet are very dirty. they hardly clean them. very poor service please do not waste your money on this hotel. i was here september 2022 And i really regret

I would not recommend this stay to anyone!
My wife and I had booked a 3 night stay here but was denied stay when we showed up.
On our way to this hotel the night of our reservation our train ended up getting cancelled due to down trees on the tracks. This caused us to show up after hours and we were unable to check in since this place does not have 24/7 service. We ended up finding another hotel for the night and came back the next morning to check in. When we showed up they let us know that our reservation was cancelled since we were not able to show up in time the night before and that we were not allowed to stay for the last 2 nights of our reservation that we paid for.
The person we spoke to was very rude and we can tell they he is very greedy.
Maybe it is good we did not stay there as we see the bad reviews this place has. We were just looking for a cheap place to stay since we are traveling on a budget.
I hope that they can treat others much nicer than they did us in the future. Very disappointed!

Such a horrible horrible experience. The reception(the owner) is not helpful at all, I had an issue with the wifi, it wasn’t working and he refused to listen or change the room for me. Very rude. I suggested to change my room if that’s possible and he was like “why?”. I had to do my office work for which I needed a stable wifi.

For this small thing he irritated me a lot.

I wish I had booked another hotel, this was really a great mistake.

Don’t get fooled by the low rates here.

Awful, STRONGLY DO NOT recommend.

The place smelt like urine when we came. Immediately contacted the owner. He completely ignored the situation and did not want to come. Ended up being rude.

Please avoid this at any cost.

Do not book here! Avoid it!
Not only the rooms are the worst that I have seen in my life but the customer service is even worst. I'm still shocked. Dirty and smelling rooms. Disgusting.
The filthiest place I ever seen. I.ve been staying in hostels, hotels, pensions, but noyhing worst that this place.

An old and dated place but cozy and quiet. The receptionist is not always there to attend you except for check in. No amenities close by other than the S bahn. The single room is just nice for a person. Personally acceptable for a relatively cheap accommodation.
