simple but clean and with VERY comfortable beds!!
breakfast is good and very affordable (9 eur per person,
children eat free). on-site parking is limited and comes at a
charge but there is enough options in the neighborhood.
speaking of, the area is nothing special but there's a grocery
store across the street and a well-stocked gas station for
those after hour needs. there's a tram stop in front of the
hotel, allowing for relatively quick trips into the city.
@ - the noisy street and no air conditioning. we went in
April but in hot summer nights this may be a problem.

Only a few complaints. there wasn’t air conditioning, one lamp didn’t work above the bed, there was a small single duvet for a big double bed which didn’t make much sense, however it was a really nice room and I would recommend staying here

Nice place to stay. A bit expensive breakfast in my opinion for 9.5 Euros. Tram station right in front of the hotel or S-Bahn 10 minutes walk, easy to get into the center.

Not recommended for families, especially if you are checking in at weekends. Don't go for it you don't speak German. I had a bitter experience with the receptionist boy. My first-day impression in Germany was so poor. I am not generalising it. It doesn't mean everyone should have the same experience.
