The hotel really lived up to my expectations. The location is great. Rooms are impeccable and stylish. The service is incredibly nice, helpful and pay attention to details. They really go the extra mile for providing a personalized experience to the guests.

Thank you for a fantastic stay!
Nice smell clean rooms, top class furnitures, including a great bed, top advanced light controlling, great great breakfast at the hotel. Super service from nice people at the hotel. They really did there best every time, both at the restaurant and in the lobby.
No doubt we will be back!

An excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Very gentle staff. Perfect service. Clean and well decorated rooms. The hotel is very close to the must see places of the city of Berlin. The breakfast is delicious and great.

Really classy hotel in a perfect location next to the major transport hub at the Zoo. The room was surgically clean on arrival. All modern features and fittings including USB outlets beside the bed and a rain shower. The pool/spa area is nice and was the ideal tonic after a long day sight seeing. The staff at reception couldn't have been more pleasant either. Loads of cafes, restaurants and rooftop bars within a few minutes walk too all around the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. If/when we return to Berlin we will definitely look to stay here again.

Stay for 2nights, friendly staf, good and clean room, bed was super, swimming pool also great. The breakfast ..was good but nothing special.

The rooms were great and the service was on point switching out our down beddings and supplying an iron in short time.

The 'spa' was pretty underwhelming with a single cold-ish pool. And the gym is a typical hotel gym, so don't expect any free weights.

My second, bigger sore point was the breakfast. We are vegan and told the reception upon check-in and they said that it wouldn't be a problem. At the breakfast (which was massive) however there was practically nothing vegan. We talked to 4 different staff and were told that we could eat bread with marmalade and they had a single unflavoured soy-gurt. There was no vegan cheese or any such alternatives, or if there were then the staff didn't know of it.

The most annoying part was that the staff didn't seem to know what was in the food themselves and pointed us towards clearly non-vegan foods like Nutella and milk-yogurt with fruit flavour until corrected by us or some other staff. Basically any breakfast-open restaurant nearby would have been better for us.

Spacious rooms, beautiful and modern design. The staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again when in Berlin
