WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Let’s start with the check in: I arrived around 2pm to find out that their reception is closed and no one was there and after calling they said the check in at 4pm only and I have to come back. They were very rude on the phone and I asked if it’s possible to leave my luggages but they responded no.
Back again at 4pm and after many attempts calling. There was no one there I waited till 5pm and still no one so I had to leave and book another hotel. Now I’m dealing with the cancellation. TOTAL SCAM!!

Location: very practical, just in front of the subway (S Bahn + U Bahn).
Rooms: clean and large. The full size mirror in the bathroom is a +++
Service is great, they respect your privacy and their efficience for cleaning up is unbelievable.
However, I will never understand why (few) customers speak loud in common areas. Whatever.

Pretty basic and quite expensive given the situation that breakfast is not included in the package.

I like this hotel! It's not expensive so don't expect 5stars. We had clean room with white towels and soap, comfortable beds.
Location also is comfortable. Also recommend their breakfast, we were very satisfied for such type hotel! Quite good! Thank you!

Very average room for the prices and location. Few seconds from Ubahn station. Reception is 24hrs open, they have cold beveragres ???????? beds are uncomfortable but everything was clean and tidy and we had a fridge on the room ???? Big up for the staff, everyone was helpfull. according to the price it was a really nice stay.

It was quite nice, the rooms were cozy, they fix your room everyday, you can call reception, and the food is tasty. The only problem is that the building is very old, and the staircases are from wood, so it's scary to walk up them. I recommend the hotel!

Great service, cleaning was done well and daily. The breakfast menu was varied. The best thing about this hotel was the location, it was literally across the street from the metro station, I was able to go anywhere in Berlin in no time.
Definitely recommend it.
