The hotel has a music theme, which is a plus for whoever likes this vibrant vibe and partying at the lobby every second night, and a minus for whoever doesn't.

The facilities and rooms are average, and are designed with pretty weird pink colors. Cleaning is mediocre, we found a few stains which were enough to make us question the cleaning. Our room however was decently quiet and had a great view to the river.

The gym is pretty nice and is open 24/7, which is great. The spa is pretty dull however.

Service is generally good. Breakfast is mediocre and is not worth the price in my opinion. The bar at the lobby and the sitting outside are very nice, however for some reason at around midnight they throw away anyone sitting outside and take away the chairs, which is beyond me especially for an hotel that is themed with a partying vibe.

Lovely hotel with great location and out of the world service.
I first got a room by the corner and can only see into a wall, the hotel staff then changed to a junior suite for me as I'm not big fan of looking at wall. The staff are just very easily going and so helpful. The hotel is new with good gym and spa open till the latest I've ever known in hotel, with two sauna and one steam room.

The cafe is good price and have great fried sweet potato fries. 10/10 will stay again!

The hotel has high standard everything was clean and the staff was always nice and helpful especially employees of the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and I wish I could have such every day at home :P The only disadvantage of the hotel is specific design. I was there on a business trip and honesty I like pink, but this time it was too much pink, like pink was everywhere in the room in the restaurant even in the elevator, so after long day of work I would like to take a rest in the room which is more calm, but it is only my opinion ;)

This is likely my Berlin hotel of choice from now on. While not right in the middle of the city, I liked the feel of the place (even if it is a bit pink!). I got an end room looking over the river so could look out three sides. While it might be a negative for some, the HUGE plus for me was that the room didn't have a TV! I loved it! The staff at the bar got to know us very well and the currywurst from their food place was amazing. Overall, I completely enjoyed my experience at the hotel and will definitely be coming back.

Having waited until gone 4pm to get the key to my room with what could best be described as Vomit-inducing decor, they hadn't even bothered to put any towels in the room. It was frustrating enough that our group with over 50 rooms booked were a lower priority than all the other people who checked in after our arrival, but they each got their keys while we waited and waited.
Reception wouldn't answer the phone so I had to go down to the lobby where the staff were all just chatting and having a laugh. Housekeeping weren't in a rush to deliver the towels either.
A classic case of (lack of) style over substance.

The location of the hotel is really nice very close to the East Side Gallery, right by the river, and with a lot of good food nearby.
The hotel itself is a bit eccentric in its design, but the rooms are overall ok if you like a lot of pink everywhere.
The main issue we had with the rooms is that the AC dries the air to an unbearable degree. We kept waking up with dry mouths and sore throat because of it.
Breakfast is average at best, and very expensive. At €24 per person you're eat better off going to a nearby restaurant.
The place was also a bit understaffed.

They have a cool concept where you can take an electric guitar from the reception to your room to play. And a stage where you can jam.
