good and cheap hotel in Berlin. Clean friendly and uncomplicated. Parking available around the hotel. Easily accessible as the Berlin Spandau train station is only 1 km away. There are various shops right in front of the door. The important and well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Mall of Berlin are about 15 minutes away by car.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast and service, but too expensive for too simple rooms without even an air condition.

Enjoyable and small, the room had a good view of the church and close to bakeries and small convenience shops. They were under renovation so lots of dust. Friendly service and a reasonable breakfast.
The room was smaller than usually found at hotels, comfortable bed and shower cabinet big enough to wash your hair comfortably.
The water in the shower seems to run on the same pipes for all the building, so if someone else flushes or uses hot water, you feel it.

Lovely Staff, Good Breakfast and Clean.

Downsides, our room as up 8 flights of stairs! Lugging our cases up there was exhausting! The website also says they have a luggage porter, which clearly they don't! The stairs were an issue during the holiday, once we were out there was no chance we would nip up for collect something we forgot! My friend counted the steps and there were 180 steps between the entrance and our room.

The room was also a let down, we booked a standard double with king size mattress. What we had was a twin room with 2 single beds! The room also had tilted ceilings which you had to manover around to get to the window, table and second bed. We both banged our heads at least once!

The beds couldn't of been pushed together due to the frames, it would of left a 8inch gap between mattresses... so considering we booked a double i am not impressed.

Location is good, it is situated right by the underground.
