My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We loved it! The staff was extremely polite and friendly, to be exact - two female and the male receptionist. The location is also very convenient. The area is pretty quiet and safe. It takes around 30 mins to get to the very center of the city, as well as the Central Bus Station.

The only thing we didn't like during our stay was that we could very much hear what was going on in the hallway in the morning, which had woken us up. To specify, I believe it was someone moving the plates, and vacuuming later on.

Other than that, it is a charming hotel worth spending a night in.

* Receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
* Rooms were clean (cleaned everyday) and bed was comfortable.
* Breakfast - decent.
* Location - 15 mins by bus to Berlin Hbf (Central Station)

However, walls are thin - you could hear vacuuming from cleaners, plates clanking from preparing breakfast, however all-in-all, a very pleasant experience!

The hotel is superb..the owners were also great ....great breakfast every morning I belive it was $13.00 euros a day..rooms were small but perfect nice small staff

Nice economic hotel near a lot of public transportation. Really nice and helpful staff too.

Such a lovely hotel on the quiet street. Very clean and specious rooms. Amazing service and English speaking receptionists. Girls at the reception are super friendly, very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a clean and nice place to stay on the budget in Berlin, this is your place. Would definitely recommend.

Unpractical furniture placement in room - night cupboard next to bed without electrical outlet. Heat pipes from floor to ceiling (central heating instalation?) weren't insulateed so it was impossible to turn down the heating in the room. Constant cracking noise coming from radiator during the night.

One of the best hotels in Berlin I stayed so far. Top Location, clean rooms, awesome breakfast and what really stands out is the super super friendly and courteous staff! Will def come back.
