Good location, very close to the airport (the reason we stayed there). Basic 3 stars, all good, they have lift, good wifi. Breakfast was unavailable during our stay. Staff is friendly. Big supermarket is next door

I didn't even have the chance to enjoy the hotel. I did my booking for 4 nights and just LESS than 1hr after booking it, for personal reasons I had to cancel it. The result? They will only refund 10% of my total payment, even after explaining to the manager why I had to cancel it. I know the policy terms and conditions and is my fault, but I was expecting for them to be nicer due to the reason of the fast cancellation. I can't talk about the rooms because I wasn't there, but If I can say something is that I am pretty sure personnel there is not as nice and kind as they should be, good luck going there.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the room was ok. My problem with the hotel was that if you check in after 10pm you have to pay 5€. Another thing was that my room smelled like smoke, so at one point smoking must have been allowed in there which didnt make the rooms any better.

UNACCEPTABLE Service

I had an urgent last minute cancellation literally 10 minutes after booking. They only refunded 10%. I am aware of the cancellation policy, however they were not understanding at all. Sometimes it is good to function like humans and not robots!

Location is wonderful. Very close to transportation (bus u0026 train). Central location close to many things. Within walking distance. The hotel staff was great. The room was clean and spacious.

Good location. Great value. Staff are friendly and very willing to help. Clean, has an elevator. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Minutes from Tegel Airport.
