Rooms are not as shown in the pictures they are much older. Also the beds smell like a wet dog. Drinks come from an expensive vending machine. No personal after 1900 hrs, so you are not allowed to sit in the garden after that time. Have to pay extra for scrambled eggs at breakfast, although the breakfast itself is quite complete. There's nothing to do in the vicinity. The center of Berlin is 40 mins with public transport.

Well priced hotel just outside of the city. The rooms have recently been renovated . The hotel staff are really friendly.

Hotel is nice from the outside in very calm and silent location. However, inside seemed quite old and worn. I also think that lift is missing (at least I haven´t noticed one), so all the luggage needs to be carried on stairs. Rooms were rather clean, but with unpleasant smell coming from wardrobe and bathroom. Situation in the shower got better after airing the room a bit. Bed mats were too soft and left side of the double-bed was squeaky as hell, so I had to sleep on the other half. I cannot rate breakfast, as I ate outside. I stayed there for 2 nights and probably will choose different accommodation next time. I don´t think it´s worth the price.

A sweet spot for a get away.
The hotel is very clean and organized.
The staff is super kind and friendly.
One can feel how much love has been put on it. :)

I really enjoyed my stay and the facilities were good. Only trouble was w/c accessibility. However, they helped me superbly and breakfast was top notch continental. I wish I could've stayed a little longer. My only main criticism us the mattress was too firm so didn't make for enjoyable sleep but albeit, I managed to sleep a few hours. The shower was great and for the price we paid, it was well worth it and good value for money! Friendly and respectful staff even with language barriers!

Rooms are kept in a minimalist style. No fridge in the room. This place loses a lot because of the bathroom, especially due to the mold in the shower. A strange smell also persists in the hotel's dining room. Breakfast can be eaten until 10.00. The hotel itself is located very close to the Tegel forest and the picturesque lake of the same name. About 30 minutes by car from Berlin.

The manager was lovely and really have I appreciated all the advises he gave me about Berlin and the new years eve. The hôtel was in a very quiet area and the room was clean and tidy.
