Perfectly situated near bus/train in a quiet neighborhood.
Room with all I needed and friendly greetings by personel whenever I met them.
Will definitely stay there again.

Great location (5 minutes walk from a main metro station and lots of cheap good quality restaurants near by). The hotel staff were friendly and informative. The room quality is good even though some parts may appear tired looking. You get a key to the complex (it is located inside a flat complex) which means no curfew nor that awkward moment when you have to wake up the receptionist to get in. Overall a well-priced genuinely nice independent hotel to stay. Well worth it

Rather good budged hotel in the gay area of Berlin. It was founded 130 years ago. Friendly staff speaking in many languages.
Breakfast is very cheap, but be ready to eat the same meals for each day - egg, cheese, sausage, bread, juice, yogurt and coffee.
Creaky parquet.
People wrote about fabulous private urban garden. I didn't find it there.
Close to subway, good connection with whole Berlin.
All gay entertainment just around.

I am paying 190€/ night as it’s Easter and there is no heating! The hotel is advertised as having heating but anyway this is a high price. I rang reception and “no heating”. No fault or problem it’s just switched off and they can’t switch it on! This is not a hotel it’s inside a building where the neighbours decide to switch on the boiler or not.

Beautiful clean characture full hotel. Hosts exceptionally helpfull and kind with warm personalities. Top quality local produce for breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay would go back tomorrow.

Simona was an amazing host and very welcoming.
The rooms were great size, with good cooking facilities. The courtyard was also great for relaxing.

Not what would appear as a conventional hotel. Owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Looking forward to stopping here again soon.
