Poor facilities available. Rooms are big but not properly maintained. The room in which I stayed in had two wash basins within the room itself which was unusual for me. The hotel is being refurbished therefore the existing facility is not upto the mark. The receptionist was unavailable at our check-in and check-out times.

It was a very unpleasant stay. Firstly, this "hotel" was just a reception and a few rooms in a residential buildings which is very weird to me. But the biggest issue is the cleanliness in the room. If you dare to attempt bringing any kind of food to your room, you'll make sure that you'll attract an army of bugs and cockroaches. It was a nightmare for us. Older reviews don't seem to have this issue but maybe it's because of COVID and not a lot of people visit the hotel and I feel like the owner just gave up on maintaining its hygiene

Hotel wasn't expensive and had great localisation. Walls were too thin and there wasn't any bedside table, but for this price it was okay ????

It is ok for price they charged me...euro 75 per single per nite inclusive of breakfast. Room was big...nothing home to write about. This htl has no elevator so in case you have heavy baggage be prepared to carry it up yourself...

A bit old, it had that old smell. Drapes don't cover all the window, light is a problem in the morning. Very nice staff, breakfast can be served in the hotel.

They charged me full price for reservation, when I paid in cash, and it took 2-3 weeks to get the refund. Hotel itself is not bad, clean and nice location

I was there with my mum because she had to do her new passport in berlin.
We were quite surprised that the phillipines embacy was only like 5 minutes away. Also is the subway near which made it easy to go to the city in only a few minutes.
The hotel is small but you can get everything what you need. It's clean and the employees are nice and will help you with pleasure if you have direction problem.
The breakfast was unexpected nice and it was more than enough.
If I had to go to berlin again I will definetly spend a night here again!
