Fair cancellation: I made a booking for my daughter u0026 family (gave my son-in-law's name as the guest) for this week. My daughter came down with Corona and they had to cancel their plans. I contacted the hotel through the booking site and told them what had happened; they asked for a copy of the test result - fair enough - and once I had sent it, a free cancellation was made promptly.
Obviously we can't comment on the physical hotel or its facilities, but this experience will make me look for a booking here next time we need a room in Berlin. Thank you!

Very nice and clean room with new furniture, staff was very kind and helpful. Quiet location close to public transport and 3 supermarkets with good prices. Will come back here every time I will visit Berlin.

Simple but all you need. I was on a business trip so a clean single room was all I needed. I was surprised by the small kitchen, which was very handy. It is also very close to the bf and supermarkets

Friendly employees, good prices and tidy rooms. Only negative things i would say is that the cushion on the bed and parking space were pretty lackluster in terms of quality.

Very good value for money. Clean rooms, modern and simple styling. Thick walls so no noise from next door rooms. Very close to shops and a train station. 24 hour reception.

From the first minute of my arrival, the feeling of fabulous comfort has not been left me till the end of my stay. All staff are so amicable, helpful and attentive.
Excellent choice at the Breakfast.
The hotel is located in a nice and calm place, not so far to airport Tegel.
In all I would like to highly recommend Hotel City Green Berlin to anyone visiting Berlin. I shall certainly back.

Very nice new hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and multiple access routes to SXF airport. Well equipped with fridge, kettle, cutlery and crockery and shops less than 5 minutes walk from hotel. One design flaw: no power point at work table. Good free wifi. Very good prices.
