Normal room but without noise isolation, perfect breakfast and good staff.
You can check in/out not interacting with the staff

Good hotel in Berlin centre at reasonable price. Late checking was really good indicated and we were able to enter the room without problems

Ideally located if you are in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast so don’t know how that was!
Room very quiet though a little tired but spacious for a double bed and very decently priced. You get what you pay. Bathroom was small but practical.. would recommend for its price and location.

We had one of their apartments and let me tell you... For over 170euro a night, it was not worth it.

1. Only one of 3 heaters worked
2. Lights in the hallway didn't work
3. The thinnest and hardest toilet paper you can imagine
4. A ripped towel on our last day

We complained about it and were told it will be fixed, which was not the case. When we brought it up at checkout, we were told something along the lines that it's not their fault, that the owner didn't repair it.

Also the parking is bad and if you are late or have a big car, you can't park there. We got it refunded but it was still not the best experience.

My reservation was with a dog and we were put in almost the furthest room from a place for my dog to go outside... we were on the top floor and, although not the hotel's fault, it was unseasonably hot when we visited. As other reviews have said, there are only stairs (no elevators) and there were 80 steps to get to our floor. Breakfast was sufficient. Photos of parking can be seen in my pictures. The parking entrance is at 89 Bornholmerstr (with blue tile ...see photos), but a key is required from the front desk to open the gate... GPS took me to the "HOTEL" sign on Bornholmerstr, but I had to walk through two buildings (on the ground level) to get to the actual hotel entrance/front desk - it is a little hidden but fairly easy to find if you keep looking.

No no no! First I thought that it is a fraud! I paid 180€ for 2 nights. It is a house. It is not a hotel! The bath is very small. There is no elevator! So if you have your room in the 5th stage, you are unlucky. The breakfast very simple. The quality is lower than a hostel and they call themselves hotel with "best award of hotel.de". I don't know who printed this certificate for them. Be careful! I have no problem with washbasin in the room. But it is so. Why they don't share photos of washbasin in the room? because they know, that it's not attracting guests. I wouldn't pay more than 30~40€ for such a room!! and that because it is in the nice prenzlauer berg district.
