Stayed here for 2 nights. Fine hotel for that price, good location: next to the S and U Bahn. The room was clean, but not very stable hot water. The staff was typical russian staff: not rude, but by how they look and talk to you, you think they do not like you just because you make them busy. Apart from that there is nothing to say to be honest.

I enjoyed my stay at the Atlas Hotel very much.
My room and bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. (Including hot water as much as I wanted).
The room also had a fridge with mini bar.
The breakfast included continental breakfast as well as American and was very plenty.
The access to train, S-Bahn and subway was only feet away.
Also within a short walking distance are parks, bakery, restaurants and grocery stores (Aldi, EDEKA).

This place is a huge mess and about customer service or any form of welcoming behavior from the reception lady. It was the biggest mistake I made was staying here for one terrible night. They took the keys from my wife and didn’t let her take the personal things from the room. Forget about aggressive words. Racists staff !
For the same price I found onother place with gym u0026 spa included.

Anyone at the reception, first day with no hot water and the receptionist she was really arrogant and rude. The room clean, a really bad and old mattress and mattress, boxes, and stuff around.

Great price-quality ratio. It is well located in Bundesplatz and the room is clean and spacious enough. The toilet also fulfills the expectations. The staff is kind and resolutive. I cannot offer comments about the breakfast.

The hotel was clean and safe, but did not offer much beyond that. It offered much less than even the low tier American hotels like Super 8. The staircases and hallways didn't even have lights on. The staff was friendly and spoke some English. We stayed here because the price was low and it was near friends that we were visiting, otherwise I would not recommend.
