The location is what we expected, a little away from the bussle and noise of the city centre and very close to some more green areas perfect for hiking and running. The staff is very friendly and has been extremely helpful throughout our stay so far. For example, the pillows we had the first night were too thick for us and we woke up with stiff necks, when we mentioned this to reception, they immediately assured us they'd find us some thinner pillows and bring them to our room, which they did within just a few hours. We have also gotten some great advice about the local area, specifically directions for a good location for running in the forest. As for the downside which is the only reason for 4 rather than 5 star rating, there is no kettle in our room and while the helpful staff will bring us several jugs of hot water for tea a day, reception is only staffed for a few hours during the day, mostly mornings. So there's no real option of drinking tea at night in our room. For my girlfriend, this is pretty much a deal breaker, as she is a fanatic tea drinker. Would recommend this hotel to any friend who can go without 24/7 access to boiling water!
