Very nice place and kind people at reception desk. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed this quiet hotel. Last day they helped us to keep our bagages safe during our last excursion in Berlin. We hopefully come back one day and enjoy again. Danke schon.

What a charming hotel in a most lovely quaint town! Proximate to wonderful bars, restaurants and many bakeries! Short walk to beautiful Tegel Lake, where I highly recommend renting bikes to cruise the miles of bike trails. Hotel provides a lovely European breakfast with deli meats/cheeses, pastries, cereals, yogurts and eggs. Only issue was with lack of fans as we were there during a warm spell and no AC. But...after several requests a fan was delivered and made our stay "perfect".

The location is ideal, which makes it all the more incomprehensible that this "hotel" has gone so bad. Value for money is completely out of place here! The hotel is by no means recommended. Supposedly the front desk should be manned from 6-12, was definitely not the case. Breakfast is not offered here.

So ein unpersönliches und unheimliches Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt! Vor dem Hotel ist ein Automat wo man einchecken soll und gleich bezahlen. Bei Rückfragen jeglicher Art darf man sich an die Hotline des Hotels wenden, die von stets unterschiedlichen Personen aus einem Callcenter geführt wird. Freundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige.
Das komplette Hotel ist alt und versifft. Der Teppich schmutzig und der Geruch muffig.
Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr alt, schmutzig und ungemütlich. Die Dusche ist voller Schimmel und die Duschtür ist beim Öffnen defekt, sprich man darf sich durch einen winzigen Schlitz zwischen Wand und Toilette durchquetschen. Der Balkon hat zwar zwei Stühle, diese sind aber ebenfalls komplett verschmutzt.
Die Lage ist ideal, umso unbegreiflicher ist es, dass dieses “Hotel“ so verkommt. Preis Leistung ist hier völlig fehl am Platz! Das Hotel ist keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Angeblich soll die Rezeption von 6-12 besetzt sein, war definitiv nicht der Fall. Frühstück wird hier nicht angeboten.
