Great service! We made mistake booking hotel for our Berlin trip without the first night so we had to search for Hotel to stay at 1:00 am. Robert at hotel 38 helped us risking himself missed last train to go home so we could have a room to sleep. We really appreciated his help. The hotel room is clean and in a great location.

Location is amazing and their breakfast is good but the room is small for 2 person. No AC and they don’t have any place you can call in the morning and night. That was the worst thing for me.

Room was spotless, a cleaner came in everyday to tidy up after us. Great breakfast with gluten/dairy free options, if asked for. As soon as something was getting low, it was almost immediately refilled/restocked. Great location with local and international cuisine all around. There is a tram and bus station opposite and a subway on the corner. There is also an underground around the corner from the hotel. The Wi-Fi worked at most times and we were able to do everything with it, however we were on the first floor so this may be different the higher you stay. All staff was lovely in every encounter and when we asked for an extra pillow, within 20 minutes, we recieved it. Room was small however we were prepared for that. Overall, amazing stay and I definitely recommend.

Clean rooms and pretty good location of the hotel. On the breakfast you get a small list of meals, but everything is tasty, especially croissants. There is no tea in the room. We booked the room with 2 beds, but we’ve got one. And the room had a sweet view from the window on the wall.

Location is good. Room is clean. That's all for the positives.
No tea or coffee in the room. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. So very busy in the morning. Not enough space in the dining room. Long wait as well. Not allowed to eat in the room.

Nice cozy hotel clean rooms great location but not helpful staf at all. i ask help about to find medical center to make covid test and the answer is google it, after all i ask help to find something to eat 24/12 because most of restaurants close and give me a site "delivery.de" to order but not after 6 because reception is close.The hotel if elevator broke must use another building to go out by stairs like thief and i don't knew this information and the last day i need to live the hotel and almost lost my flight.
