Me and my girlfriend are game masters our self.. we are running 5 rooms so we know how to respect the customer and the value.
In this case we felt disrespected!
The game master just gave us the full answer (code) without any clue.
Felt like she needs to go or something. Rush the all game.
She answered our questions in the end very quickly with very cold attitude.
Again, we are game-masters, we have done many rooms around the world, this is our first time we wish not to do the room at all.
The only good thing we can say is the fair price for each player. But really not worth it.
For the owner - please for the next time be a little bit more gentle and nice. If this is was our first room, I don't think we would try another one.
Now for the room - big space and in our opinion - way to many things to solve in 60 min.
We had fun (some of the time), but with less puzzles and better attitude we could have enjoy it.
