Conveniently located next to public transportation. The old German couple who own this place have really made it a unique location. Eclectic assortment of well-loved furniture and one of a kind decor from around the world. Great selection of curated and non-curated music. Excellently stocked wine cellar during late hours, but dinner is BYO. Nice coffee bar as well. A definite must visit on any trip to Berlin.

Careful: The drinks are quite strong.

Hillringhain is a lovely place, but it is very exclusive; advanced reservations are recommended. The staff is friendly and warm, and everyone wants you to feel at home. You could spend a month's worth of nights at the club, and it would still be as welcoming as your first time. Beers are good (Radeberger and Jever tend to be popular choices), gin and tonics are also popular, and homemade Apfelschorle is always at hand. The music is varied but always fun, and the decor is top-notch.

I would also recommend checking out the seasonal menu. In the fall, both pumpkin soup and beef goulash were available, and both of these dishes were very good. They may have lamb around Easter-time, and I'm sure that is as delicious at the dished I tasted.

This place is a total hidden gem. We found it by happenstance after some people by us at Zyankali (another great bar nearby) recommended it as a place where the locals go. When we first walked up we were skeptical as it looks like a normal apartment building but once inside - wow!!! Awesome vibe, great audio system, and some really cool light fixtures. Bartenders were super friendly, and even shared some cheesecake with us that one of the staff had brought in. Honestly enjoyed this tiny place way more than overcrowded Berghain - can’t recommend more!!!

(Translated by Google) A real insider tip! Not easy to find, but once you've been there you don't want to leave. The music is rather reserved, but that doesn't hurt the store. Once a year they serve duck and homemade dumplings on the occasion of the Christmas season. We recommend!
