Summary: The "hotel" as such is between 4-5 stars, the (non-)service offered is 1* which leads to the 3* rating on average.
Update: Location 6 stars, Rooms, 5 stars, ownership Russian 1 star, professionalism/handling/contact number in Russia/reception booking... 2 stars.
Windows closed at night -u003e too hot, even early Oct.
Windows open, too loud. Berlin is almost like NY, a city that never sleeps.
In the end downgraded for Russian ownership and Russian level of communication (1-2 stars), the room, actually the apartment, very good price/performance 4-5 stars.

The good: LOCATION!!
Location, did I mention location :-), easy access to almost everything. Walking distance to Brandenburger Tor, Berlin wall, Philharmonie... Public transportation basically downstairs from the hotel.
Very new hotel with spacious rooms, great to stay for more than one night with fridge, microwave, complete small kitchen.
Nice but very small restaurants for breakfast and dinner really close by
The challenging (also called bad)
Communication with hotel from abroad (California) is REALLY difficult.
Information found is inaccurate e.g. pictures of breakfast but hotel does not offer any.
No air-condition and centrally regulated heating, not a hotel standard.
Front desk closes at 19:00 (7 pm) are you freaking serious!?

Perfect stay to relax and enjoy in Berlin.
Easy check in and check out.
Cleaning everyday with new washing machine and dishwasher capsules.
Fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need in the kitchen.
Free bottles of water everyday.
Very comfortable bed and quiet enviroment.
Big bathroom, very well equiped with Rituals products.
Superb ubication, 5 mins walking to Potsdamer platz. Great metro connections U2 line.
SmartTV and fast wifi.
We had a little issue and the personal was fastly hepful and kind.

Stayed here for a few days during a recent trip to Berlin. The accommodation is modern and clean for a very reasonable price. All you would want for a city apartment. It was a studio apartment with all fittings and underfloor heating and a balcony with a fantastic view. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Berlin. The bed is very comfortable with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This is a very nice base to explore Berlin from.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite and the rooms were very clean and cozy. They have a little kitchen with basic equipment such as cutlery etc, also a washing machine. In general, I definitely recommend it

For us our experience is so good at High Park. In a really interesting part of Berlin. The metro is a minute walk from High-park and we loved the amenities provided. Having Netflix in the mini living room+ kitchenette and the bedroom was also new for us and fun. We are extremely grateful we were also able to check in late around 11pm via the concierge.

I think everything overall was nice.

N.B : The only inconvenience was a cigarette smell upon checking in and we found 2 cigarette butts; 1 in the balcony and 1 outside of our hotel-room door. We opened up all the windows and the smell was gone. So it was okay. But its important to mention that for non smokers the smell can be very inconvenient.
