After my review the store manager has replied to show her gratitude that i have make her aware about the situation in store. Actually, i was surprised and impressed that she has taken the critisism very well and willing to improve her store services. I am appreciate her to value customer's opinion as not many people do care what customers do feel and what opinion they do have. She has also invited me in the store for the personal talk.
I am happy that my purpose of writing review has paid off. I am writing the reviews for other people to inform about the services but at the same time want to give my feedback to shop managers or owner so they can serve better. I am not happy to write any negative things but sometimes it is not possible to write so poaitive. I am always trying to be fair and honest. Some people do like that and some don't as many of the times i have got very nasty replies from the store managers or shop owners. I am glad that hellweg is not one of them.

If you have a customer card (foc) and you purchase something over 100€ and it is too big to fit in your car, you can make an appointment and book their transporter for 2 hours (max 50km) also free of charge.... we had to transport a new door etc and it was excellent.

A lot of products for renovering, interior ets. Nice lights and I loved mice rabits and fishes????

Almost everything related to gardening and other hobbies under one roof but it's bit expensive I feel.

Lumber selection isn't that great, some staff not that knowledgeable, door prices uncompetitive

You feel a bit lost at times but once you find someone they are very helpful

It's a ordinary, good equiped workshop.
