Ich habe mix gegen etwas chaotischen tun und machen. Solange der Fahrstuhl fährt. Ich habe bis jetzt keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Das wichtigste ist das man einfach selber easy ist und den Menschen die Luft gibt zum atmen und arbeiten. Den so wie es in den Wald reinschallt so schallt es auch zurück. Leute seid fair und lasst die Menschen dort ihre Arbeit machen. Dann klappt es auch mit der Freundlichkeit ;)

Eine der Epfangsdamen hat einen unterirdischen Umgang mit sämtlichen Patienten. So ein freches Verhalten sieht man nichtmal bei Pennymarkt an der Kasse. Auch beim vollsten Mitverständnis für den Stress welchen große Patientenfrequenz mit sich bringt übertreibt die Gute es mit ihrem Fehlverhalten emenz. Statt einfach den Arzt zu wechseln sollte man mMn hier den Mund aufmachen. Ihre Kollegin dafür sehr freundlich. Wartezeit mit 5 Minuten war bei mir auch sehr kurz an einem Dienstag um ca 10:30 Uhr. Der Arzt wirkte anfangs zwar leicht genervt nachdem meine Symptome nicht orthopädischer Natur waren, aber alles im allem war er freundlich und sympatisch. Das Erstgespräch verlief zwar kurz dennoch an den Symptomen gemessen ausreichend. Der Arzt erklärte mir seinen Verdacht und die Weiterbehandlung ausführlich, untersuchte den Rücken und tastette den Brustkorb. Klassische Erstbehandlung plus Kortisonmedikament für Entzündungen und Wiedervorstellung sind das Ergebnis. Wohl der gängige Verlauf wie überall. Außer den irritierenden Empfang gab es letztlich nichts zu beanstanden, auch in der Vergangenheit blieb mir von diesen Team nichts Negatives in Erinnerung.

An der Rezeption arbeiten die so als würde ein ungelernter arbeiten und sehr unfreundlich …als ich eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption gefragt hatte ob sie mir weiter helfen kann hieß es nur ich muss auch mal aufs Klo und ist weiter gelaufen …
Dann meinte einer im weißen Polo Hemd das ich die nächste wäre und klopfen sollte dann stellte sich heraus das ich nicht im System war also wussten die alle über nichts Bescheid KOMMUNIKATION GLEICH NULL!
Der Arzt war mega komisch als er mir Medikamente in den Rücken spritzen wollte hatte er gesagt das es für eine andere Patientin wäre und ich sollte ihm das Medikament bitte wieder vorbei bringen soll…
Daraufhin hatten wir das nachgespräch wo er mir sehr viele Medikamente aufgeschrieben hatte und als ich dann zu ihm meinte das ich gerade kein Geld dabei habe meinte er das er das alles bezahlt was mir sehr komisch vor kam… dann meinte er ich soll zur Rezeption und dann mit dem Rezept wieder zu ihm
Ich bin dann zur Rezeption und hab sie gefragt ob das normal wäre das der Arzt mein Rezept haben will damit er das für mich bezahlen/holen kann
Dann hatte sie den Arzt angerufen und ihn gefragt ob das richtig ist weil anscheinend auf meinem Rezept BTM (Betäubungsmittel) drauf sind
Dann meinte sie zu mir ich schreibe ihnen lieber Ibuprofen auf daraufhin hat es mir gereicht und meinte zu denen das ich hier nicht mehr her komme und die sehr komische Sachen hier veranstalten NIE WIEDER DIESE PRAXIS !

An sich ein sehr nettes Team, am Empfang geht es etwas chaotisch zu aber das ist überhaupt nicht schlimm. Was mich schockiert hat war der Herr Piechotta. Nach einem gezwungenem Hallo wurde erstmal ein sehr diskriminierender Spruch im Bezug auf mein Äußeres gerissen, der dann schnell als "es war doch nur ein Scherz" abgetan wurde. Geht überhaupt nicht, indirekt wird man auchnoch als dumm betitelt was echt unterste Schublade ist. Dann wird die Maske auch noch schön unter der Nase getragen und in mitten des Gesprächs ganz abgenommen sehr professionell. Als es dann um einen Verband ging wurde ich zu einer unfassbar netten Dame geschickt, wir haben uns wirklich gut unterhalten und auch gelacht. Etwas später kam der nette Herr Dr. Kunhard dazu der ebenso ein absolut lieber und netter Arzt ist. Ebenfalls kann ich Herrn Dr. Wohlgemuth empfehlen sehr kompetent und verständnisvoll.
