‘A hidden gem’ is indeed the right way to put it. Here you can find an alley full of graffiti, stickers, posters and even a special ‘art for a cigarette’ dispenser. (For €6, you can get a unique handmade art work and a handwritten letter from a random artist) I would describe this place as the most ‘Berlin’ place I’ve visited so far. One star deducted because I would like it cleaner and more organized, but that’s totally my personal point of view. Enjoy!

Each artwork has a story of theme to explore. Upstairs there is a cafe that later turns into a bar with resident DJs at night and live music throughout the week. A must visit in the heart of the posher end of town.

Great spot for street art hunting. There is also a pricey cinema cafe and a slightly scruffy bar but it's worth going to the bar for the drink prices. Oh and there's a cinema and a gallery in one of the staircases. Plus the Anne Frank and the Otto Weidt museum. Definitely worth a visit.

Hidden Gem. This small building courtyard is home to many treasures. A must visit for street art lovers.

This is like a hidden secret. Just outside of the Hackescher Hofe this little street shows some real nice graffiti, street art and features some small museums. You don't expect such a nice street in the center of Berlin. It's definitely worth to take a visit and even take a drink at one of the cafes in this street. The paintings on the wall are changed periodically. So you can easily put this on your list when you visit Berlin another time. Highly recommended!
