Nice location, variety of dishes, there is also barbecue, and some recipes that they bbq for you. Very friendly staff. The place is very simple and minimalistic.

Good atmosphere and friendly service. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the 순대국 I ordered is really not tasty at all. There’s almost no 순대 there but only some hard chewing meats….????

I was told this is the best Korean place in Berlin by a local colleague, but I strongly disagree. Although Kochu Karu is in another price range and I wasn't really satisfied there during my visit in December, it was still better than Hanok everything considered. Year ago I visited Kimchi Sister's and that was a good experience, but it could have changed.

The chicken wings had a nice coating but it was almost a separate crust leaving the meat without a lot of flavor.

The beef was honestly tough and overcooked! I understand that many might not know how to cook table side on their own but the staff obviously didn't understand medium to medium rare. Even if it hadn't been over-cooked, the cut and quality wasn't great.

Ordered duck bowl and it was not fresh, just microwave warmed up (not sure how long ago it was cooked). 순대국 also very bland taste…

Everything was good. I wouldn't call it the best bbq of berlin. The meat quality was quite good but there is a little place for improvement. There are also no chimneys and the staff grill it for you. They refilled the side dishes whenever we asked them. There were only 3 types of side dishes, kimchy, potatoe and some root. The bbq also came with green onion, rice and some sauces. The experience is even better if you get to seat near the window or in the terrace.

We had Samgyeopsal and although the interior is not super modern or flashy, the food more than makes up for it. My favourite Samgyeopsal so far: the meat is not too fatty but flavourful. Also the portion sizes are more realistic (read smaller) than in other places. But due to the quality of the meat I'd consider it good value for money.

I had miso duck here. They brought a nice and tender miso soup while waiting for the order. I loved the miso duck which had perfect texture: crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. Very thin slices of cabbage was so crunchy. They also brought baked potatoes in miso sauce, kimchi and soybean sprouts. All were delicious. My only problem was the amount of sugar taste in the sauce. I didn't want to finish the bowl because the sweet miso sauce was way too sweet. A must try for everyone.
