This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure!

So far, it's great. The rooms are noticeably smaller than in the US, but who goes to Berlin to stay in their hotel room? The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of restaurants and shops are close by.

We were received by Jasmin and checked in with such ease as she was so kind and informative. She gave great recommendations. She really does her job with joy and pride. Thanks Jasmin! The hotel is located in a very central location to what we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The temperature was a bit warm the first night but the night staff quickly resolved the issue as best he could. I will stay here again for my future holidays.

This is, by far, the most eco friendly hotel that I have ever seen. Outside we had scorching temperatures, but the rooms were rather cool, even without turning on the air conditioning, so the building was built with modern materials and with good technology, I am quite impressed. Also, the recipients in the bathroom, they help reduce waste, and the shower is built to reduce water usage. So, yes, I love this, and this is an experience that I will always remember.

The room is nice, very user-friendly. The breakfast is also very nice. But the WiFi didn’t work. I asked the receptionist about this, he is friendly, but didn’t solve my problem. However, I love the view of this Hotel lobby, directly face to the East Side Gallery.

The location of the hotel is superb. Next to the river where there are various restaurants and cafes. The reception welcomes you kindly and with a smile. The rooms are clean and new. The breakfast has many options. What else could a guest ask more?

We enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this hotel in the future. Friendly staff, breakfast had wide selection of food, parking in the same building for 17,5€, 10min walk to Berlin Ostbahnhof. Nothing but positive words for this place.
