Very clean and modern hotel located in a good area for public transport. The Metro is outside and the Underground is a few mins walk. Breakfast was included and was excellent, catering for all tastes. There is a lift to all floors. The only negative thing was that our room had no air conditioning and as it faced into the main road, it was very noisy having had to keep the window open to try cool the room. Other than no air con, I'd highly recommend this hotel for value, simple style and comfort. On a Sunday in the grounds opposite the hotel you will find a very large outdoor market with excellent goods and food offerings.

This hotel was great for the price I paid. I visited in September so the only thing I would note if visiting in summer is that there is no air conditioning. During my visit though nights were perfectly cool and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the place is very close to ubahn and tram stops.

Hotel has comfy beds, big windows, good shower pressure with lots of hot water and a kettle in the room. Breakfast is pretty good but the same everyday. Great location, with tram, bus and metro lines all close by. Great access to many shops and restaurants, only downside is it is close to a fire station so you hear sirens occasionally as they roll out. Had the WiFi drop out a few times during my stay but overall a minor inconvenience.

Front office team needs customer service education.
(don't waste your money and time)
I booked non smoking room and king size bed for me and my pregnant wife but unfortunately I get twin bed and the smell of the cigarette was very bad and strong when I asked the reception to help us they don't even show 1% of care and humanity, at 3AM in morning we checked out because we couldn't sleep because of the noisy and cigarettes smell.

We had a lovely time at H+ Hotel. Perfect location from the Central station and just a few steps away from the Tram stop. The Sunday Mauer Park Flea Market is also just around the corner. The breakfast was very filling though the hall would get a bit crowded after 9 AM. Overall to be recommended.

Stayed one night here in June 2019. Situated only a few tram stops from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, it’s well-located and near a trendy neighborhood with an array of restaurants and other food options. Although it is ‘4 Youth’, they offer rooms ‘4 Olds’ such as myself, a mid-40s tourist from America.

Lovely reception, was able to drop bags prior to posted check-in time and get some things done after an early AM arrival.

Rooms are standard fare, but clean and modern. My room had no AC and it was an unseasonably hot day in Berlin, so the ability to open windows was welcome.

Breakfast was great - and included. Easy in/out ‘nobody got hurt’ kind of experience, and quite affordable. I will stay again if the situation arises again. Well done!
