All was good - some minus points because of:
Shower door not closing properly and my coffee capsules were not there!
The fridge was smelly - some old cheese was there for some days for sure :)
Tricky to park, but there is always the option of a paying parking a few meters away or with some luck a spot on the street (nights are free).
I always stay here for the weekend, really nice place.

Stayed here in an "Apartment Cosy Corner". The room was surprisingly huge and comfortable, although take note that the bathroom has no door (fortunately the toilet is in a separate room) and the shower door itself did not close properly.

The place is not really a hotel so we didn't get any mini-bar, coffee, or tea etc. The concierge also only opens during office hours (I think it was 9am to 7pm or 7am to 7am), but they were very helpful whenever we needed anything. If you're leaving outside of those hours you should check out the day before to settle any payments. There is a key drop when you leave.

Location-wise, it is a bit far from the city centre, but there are quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also v near to the U-Bahn.

The apartment was ok, but it was not clean. There was a big armchair in front of the Tv, which was dirty and full of white stains. The kitchen was the dirtiest. There was a stain from spilled coffee on the floor, the stovetop was dirty, the glass panel in the kitchen was dirty, the pots and utensils had to be washed before use. The worst part is, there was leftover food in the microwave. The bathroom was clean and the bed also.
Another minus - the tv remote controller was missing a battery.

Great area, shops and cafes are next door, good connection by subway and bus.
Hotel is quiet and soothing, good furniture and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with every necessity possible and there's room for guests. Check-in is simple with the ability to receive key via code box. Perfect for short or long term stays in Charlottenburg.

Great location, great studio apartment, great kitchen, clean, good WiFi, great price, friendly and helpful staff,etc. Have stayed here twice before and will go back again and again. There is an Aldi downstairs, so great for grocery shopping. The U-bahn station, Bismarckstraße, is about a minute away and is on the U2 line which connects you to many city landmarks, shopping, museums, parks, and so on.

Everything was fine. Location - excellent. Comfort - very high. Home appliances - very good. Not too clean (during my 3 day stay no room cleaning). Breakfast in the lobby - awful (although I didn't expect them for apart hotel).
TV didn't have musical channels, despite announced in a booklet in the room.
What was even more surprising, I had to pay a "city tax" additionally to already paid booking sum.
All in all, very good hotel, 4 of 5 for sure. Danke!

The room was very modern, well kept and tidy. The hotel itself was very nice and only a short distance to the underground station. The staff were friendly and were keen to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was very simple as a croissant and a coffee but to be honest for a city break its all you need as we wanted to get off an explore the city. I would definitely look to book again next time I visit Berlin.
