I went there for a vaccination. People there were very friendly and polite. Everyone was speaking German and English. Is far from the center of Berlin but it is very simple to reach with the public transport. It was a good experience!

It’s the second day in a row that me and some friends tried to call for an appointment to deliver a baby. How can it be possible that the phone is blocked for the entire time? They are wasting a lot of people’s time! Please, modernize your system!

(Translated by Google) We gave birth to our daughter in the Havelhöhe 10 days ago and we couldn't have asked for better support.

As soon as you arrive you can feel that you are in a special hospital. The place is beautiful. At the entrance there is a farm shop and a wool shop. Behind the clinic buildings you come to a viewing platform from which you can see the Havel and there is a petting zoo next door.

All employees, whether midwives, nurses, doctors or service employees, are friendly and warm in their dealings. The rooms and delivery rooms are beautiful, with a view of the greenery and the food is healthy and tasty - mainly high-quality food, organic yoghurt, crispy cooked vegetables, delicious fish... I was quite surprised that this is even possible in the hospital.

During the birth we had the best care, I'm so thankful for that. In this hospital, I had the feeling that they tried to do as few interventions as possible and as many as really necessary (I have to say that we originally wanted to go to the birth center, but missed the window of opportunity - who wants a different birth might be better off somewhere else).

You are always well informed and the doctors see that there is a human being and treated me accordingly with warmth. I have seldom seen anything like this.

And of course the midwives are wonderful! You followed us very closely. When it really started, our midwife never left our side and accompanied us courageously, vigilantly and lovingly through all the steps and always worked out solutions together with us at the highest speed and pulled them through quickly.

We are still impressed and highly recommend the place.

Wir haben vor 10 Tagen unsere Tochter in der Havelhöhe zur Welt gebracht und wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterstützung wünschen können.

Schon beim Ankommen spürt man, das man sich in einem besonderen Krankenhaus befindet. Der Ort ist wunderschön. Am Eingang befindet sich ein Hofladen und ein Wollegeschäft. Hinter den Klinikgebäuden kommt man zu einer Aussichtsplattform von der aus man auf die Havel schauen kann und es gibt einen Streichelzoo nebenan.

Alle Mitarbeitenden, egal ob Hebammen, Pflegende, Ärztinnen oder Service Mitarbeitende sind freundlich und warm in ihrem Umgang. Die Zimmer und Kreissäale sind schön, mit Blick aufs Grüne und das Essen ist gesund und lecker – hauptsächlich hochwertiges Essen, Bio-Joghurt, knackig gekochtes Gemüse, leckerer Fisch… ich war ganz verwundert, dass das überhaupt im Krankenhausbetrieb möglich ist.

Während der Geburt hatten wir die beste Betreuung, ich bin so dankbar darüber. In diesem Krankenhaus hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man versucht so wenig Interventionen wie möglich und so viele wie wirklich nötig zu machen (ich muss dazu sagen, dass wir ursprünglich ins Geburtshaus wollten, aber das Zeitfenster dafür verpasst haben – wer sich eine andere Geburt wünscht ist vielleicht wo anders besser aufgehoben).

Dabei wird man stets gut aufgeklärt und die Ärztinnen sehen, dass da ein Mensch ist und gingen dementsprechend warmherzig mit mir um. Das habe ich selten so erlebt.

Und die Hebammen sind natürlich wundervoll! Sie haben uns ganz engmaschig begleitet. Als es richtig los ging wich unsere Hebamme nicht mehr von unserer Seite und hat uns durch alle Schritte beherzt, wachsam und liebevoll begleitet und stets in höchster Geschwindigkeit mit uns zusammen Lösungen erarbeitet und fix durchgezogen.

Wir sind immer noch beeindruckt und können den Ort wärmstens empfehlen.
