Wir waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden.
Das Essen hat super lecker geschmeckt, wurde heiß geliefert und durch die Behälter die ganze Zeit warm gehalten.
Die Gans war außen knusprig und innen saftig zart, alles hat sehr frisch und selbstgemacht geschmeckt, auch die Mengen waren perfekt zum satt werden.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top, sowie die Lieferung und Abholung am selben Tag bis vor die Haustür im 2 Stock. Für das Menüs mit 2 extra Klößen und Lieferung haben wir 149€ gezahlt.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!!

Hatten beide nen schnitzel gegessen und muss dazu sagen das jedes tiefkühl schnitzel besser schmeckt und dazu gab es eine winzige Schüssel Bratkartoffeln was für jeden gerade mal ein Löffel war. Wurden beim betreten auch schon komisch angeguckt nach dem Motto euch wollen wir hier nicht, ihr passt hier nicht her!!!
Ein Stern ist sogar zuviel und würde jeden abraten dahin zu gehen

Von der telefonischen Bestellung bis zur Abholung hat alles wie am Schnürchen geklappt. 1 Gans für 4 Personen mit 4 Katoffelklössen Rot,-und Grünkohl war bestellt. 119 €. Abholung am Hintereingang. Unbedingt zu zweit kommen. Es gibt 2 große Container mit Gastro-Servierschalen mit, welche von jeweils einem Spiritus-Gelrechaud warmgehalten werden. Sind ziemlich schwer. Aber kalt wird bis zuhause nix.
Die Gans war aussen knusprig und innen saftig. Voll lecker. Klösse ausreichend groß der Grünkohl auf den Punkt gegart und der Rotkohl und die Sauce reichlich. 4 Personen werden wirklich sehr satt. War alles wirklich gut.
Ausser ein bisschen Alufolie fällt kein Abfall an. Sehr nachhaltig. Man muss natürlich innerhalb von 3 Stunden die Container mit den Servierschalen samt Rechauds zurückbringen. Manchmal wird Pfand dafür erhoben.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.
