modern, tasteful u0026 quiet hotel with very friendly service. Located in a residential area with public transport (Gleisdreieck), a large park and a wonderful beer garden close by. A relaxing place right in the middle of Berlin!

I stayed in flottwell for nearly a year, and I couldn't be happier. The location is absolutely amazing and convenient, as you are basically right in the middle of Berlin. The housekeeping team is extremely kind and nice. Norman, the manager/receptionist was also very pleasant and always available for any issues. I cannot reccomend a better long-stay place!

Service is very good and it is a clean hotel. The location is fine for reaching stores within a 1-kilometer radius of the hotel, including buses and subway/train transportation

I really enjoyed my stay at the Flottwell Hotel. I stayed for 2 months while I looked for a permanent home and I have no complaints. The staff if extremely friendly, professional and happy to help with anything. The hotel is also very comfortable, clean and well located. Would definitely recommend!

My husband just spent a few days at the hotel room 301. It is clean, with big, calm new rooms, very well located and it gives a very pleasant impression. The positive and helpful attitude of Norman at the reception deserves a special mention.

Great hotel located in a quiet area but at 5 minutes from the subway station. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The bed and bathroom very comfortable. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. In spite of all these positive aspects I highlight the warm and pleasant attention of the hotel front desk
