Jermey was a great trainer. The workouts were diverse, fun and effective. On top of that he is a very lovely person and it was a pleasure to get to know him over the few weeks we worked together. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He is an awesome trainer. Jerry understands the healthy lifestyle and helping me to inplement it in my life. We have set up a goal and everday I am getting close to it. It's also super fun to work out with him. I feel challanged. Highly recommend ????????
