Went with family + 1 small child today.
Ordered 4 big ice cream bowls + kids portion. 2 (+kids portion) came within 5 minutes.
The 3rd after additional 10 min when the first two had to be eaten before melting. Additional 10 min pass no 4th bowl in sight. Waiter passed many times while SPECIFICALLY looking at me. I asked where my bowl was. He repeated the order, making me know he DID sent it out.
Another 10 min pass. The party had already finished. After asking for my ice cream TWICE and waiting for now what, 25-30 min? When everyone was finished already? He brings my ice cream. No apologies. No compensation offer of any sort. NOTHING.
Mind you it wasn't THAT busy and tables that ordered way past us had gotten their orders ahead by a lot of time.
We used to go to this place often but today I was really not happy and it was not okay how horrible service was.

I really enjoyed a brunch here. We ordered the Nutella crepes for the boys and they were huge, could have just shared one. The American eggs on toast with bacon was cooked perfectly. We also had the shared fantasia brekkie. It could have had a little more meat but was still enough for 2. The coffees were huge, a welcome change here in Berlin.
Staff were prompt and friendly, food was served quick. They only accept cash for payment.

I just love this center point of the whole building. It's full of live and the icecream there is finger liking
