Sorry, war mal wieder bei euch, aber die Brötchen am Samstag waren echt von schlechter Qualität. Auch wenn so ein Ofen eine Menge Energie verbraucht, bedeutet das nicht, das Backwerk nur mal kurz reingeschoben wird, jedenfalls waren die Schrippen viel zu hell und die Vollkornbrötchen wie Gummi. Ich bin bereit mehr für eure Produkte zu bezahlen, aber dann bitte in vernünftiger Qualität. So kaufe ich meine Brötchen dann doch lieber beim Späti um die Ecke und das ist wirklich win Armutszeugnis für euch als Bäckerei.
