It's very noisy co-working space.
It only has 4 meeting rooms on the first two floors and hence people are just done there meetings in open space and it's a lot of disturbance. The drilling work and others also becomes frustrating at one point. The main course in canteen is delicious but it's always €6+

I loved this place in 2019/20. Now I gave up accumulated 102 visits over the last two years due to Corona and since I have been in other places.
I just wanted to start working there again, but all the nice areas there are now private areas. Instead they now have an additional area in the basement without much sunlight. And the coffee-area is a complete love-less place with old cold coffee in big insulated bottles and without comfortable chairs.

I visited this workspace briefly as I had an appointment at the bolt office on top of the factory. It was really nice with great ambiance. I liked the facilities and all the seemingly many options for seating and working areas.

This is the worst coworking I've ever worked at.
The locks on the doors are a joke.

UPD: I'm not talking about the concept of the locking. I'm talking about how you implemented the locks themselves.

Dubious business practices.
They send you invoice from 18 months ago and claim that you still need to pay for a membership that you've already canceled way before.
Of course, after such a long amount of time it's hardly possible for you to recollect the events.

The customer support sends you some screenshot of cancellation email that even suggests you to downgrade your membership to the "hold" status even though that's the membership they claim you to have had. This doesn't make any sense. Once I pointed that out, they simply stopped responding.

Just because I was tired of receiving legal warnings from them I sent them the money they asked for and now still receive some warning that I need to pay another 20,07€ in interest even though that wasn't stated in the original invoice.

I get that it's a tough time for a coworking business. Still, how former customers are treated is unprofessional.

The coworking space itself is nice. In 2020 it was overcrowded though and I felt that - with exceptions - the overall quality of the community is low. Mostly freelancers and coaches who try to sell you their stuff. Get togethers are organized and offered. Some are interesting, however, they often lack a clear purpose and directing - without the payment issue I would have given 3 stars.

Best co-working place in all of Berlin. The biggest too. Great events here and there. And a amazing cafe / restaurant that’s perfect for meetings. Only the WiFi is a bit too slow :-)

Very cool space, nice kitchen with healthy food options... I had the crab churros (delicious!) Followed by quinoa salad. You are surrounded by people talking about their ideas, business plans, the next big thing.. it has a perfect vibe of Silicon valley + East London + Berlin
