Impressive location, cool space, amazing kitchen that served great food during EthBerlin (and with good mood spread by Tobi!)

The best co-working space I've ever been to.
Huge building, very comfortable atmosphere and furniture, great to focus and work stress-free. There are many different areas so one can find the place that suits their mood that day.
Amazing community and team that keeps the place rocking. A lot of opportunities to meet new people, make friends or find a co-founder who will want to make your crazy innovative idea come true, find a job or enjoy the drinks with community members on Friday events.
You can also invite people to have meetings or just work together occasionally. Every friend I invited had applied for membership afterwards.
I definitely recommend.

Great co-working space, very friendly and supportive staff. The absolute highlight for me is the canteen. There is a different menu every day with fixed vegan and vegetarian options. The location can be bit of a maze though.

It’s an absolute pleasure to work from such a location. There’s ample space and plenty of different atmospheres so work never feels monotonous. By joining Factory, you also get access to a great community of innovators, artists and entrepreneurs.
The reasons I’m not giving this space 5 stars are two (but I hope I will one day be able to come back to this review and change it to 5):
• In the era of remote work and teams, people are constantly on calls, and there aren’t enough spaces to have calls without bothering others. People are fighting for booths and meeting rooms, and I’ve already seen a few tense situations with people asking others to leave.
• Perhaps is due to Covid, but in the 5 months I’ve been here there haven’t been enough efforts done to promote networking among community members. You can often see people sitting alone in the cantina, and I still haven’t seen much exchange between members in corridors, kitchen, team booths, etc.
Other than that, wonderful location, amazing facilities and very friendly staff.

I really don't like how you have to pay twice for networking. I really didn't get any value from it. The one event I wanted to attend I wasn't allowed to because I only had two vaccinations. Now I have canceled my subscription but am still being charged for the whole coming month although I am not able to receive any value from the subscription.
Really bad UX, too much marketing, too little value.

It is one awsm place to work. The working spaces, ambience. The reception people are so easy and happy to have you. Urban-age vibes!

If you want to keep up with latest innovation and want to meet and work with motivated TOP people, this is the perfect spot to be.
It is by far more than "rent an office", but you get part of a network.
BTW the spirit there ist amazing and motivates even bigger companies to put colleagues there to speed up slower enterprises.
