Not the fatest service. It requires some waiting on every stage. But besides waiting time, pretty much agreeable hospital. Doctors and staffs are very professional. Things happen as they promise.

I was told this by a very unfriendly worker that I asked her help, because I literally was unable to get off the bed, not to mention the inability to walk after 7 days of severe contractions that unfortunately ended up with a horrible emergency C-Section. Not only that but she also kept shouting at me that they were not my servants! A horrible person and a horrible place to have a child which should've been an amazing memory, but it's a traumatising and horrific experience.
Is this how you treat ALL your patients?

Edit: although my son is approaching his second year, this is still a traumatic memory and I wish I was able to do something if I knew my rights, you have the worst system ever and you need to treat all people equally!

Most of the medical staff were nicer and more helpful and my hebamme during birth spoke English and was friendly.

I have stayed about two months in this Hospital for my son, in u0026 out, and have mixed experience about it..
The Dr. u0026 staff were good, but the service wasn't, especially the food..
Meals were mostly late, and never came a few times..

Vorsicht Beschiss, hier wird im Internet mit 2 Bett Komfortzimmern (Bildern) geworben und an einen verkauft, die man dann nicht erhält. Die Rechnung für das Zimmer muss man trotzdem zahlen obwohl auch die Zusatzleistungen wie Wahlessen, Zeitungen usw. nicht erfolgt.
