I would like to *highly* recommend Anna B. as physiotherapist from this establishment. I've been to many other places before, closer to my house, but this one has been the best one from far, truly. At first, I was a bit skeptical and I didn't believe that physiotherapy could heal you, but it can, you just have to choose the right professional. Anna does an amazing job, she has magical hands. It's not about doing a strong massage, it's about understanding your problem correctly and knowing where exactly to touch. The place is impeccable and although there isn't a lot availability when you book with doctolib, it's worth to wait than going to another place unreliable.

Wasted time through their poor admin. Avoid.

Look that's fine that you want to have a referral. But I loaded all my documents weeks before the appointment, including recommendation from the surgeon to see a physio. If it is such an important document for you, you should check the docs I loaded in advance.

Had an excellent experience seeking physiotherapy here. Dr. Tim Heinrich is super-friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable (and speaks English perfectly!). He advised me so I could build an exercise regime and improve my overall health in the long term. Would highly recommend.

Really good physiotherapy practice. I found it after doing a Google search for English speaking physiotherapists in Berlin. My German is OK-to-good but for health-related things it's important to me that I understand everything.

Eoin (the aforementioned English-speaking physiotherapist) is friendly and very knowledgeable. Through my sessions I was able to get the tools I need to keep my recurring back pain problems at bay, so I was very satisfied.

As well as that, the practice was very flexible administratively about some particular issues I was having with my private insurer. They were able and willing to help with a very minimum of hassle, so that was also a big plus.

All in all a very good experience and I'd have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone who needs some physiotherapy.

Modern physiotherapy place with competent and English speaking therapists. Can, of course, only speak from my own individual experience, but the sessions were very helpful.

Do not respond to emails or phone calls.
As I had mentioned in our Skype appointment (Corona peak season), I was informed by the doctolib app that this would be covered by my insurance, which I later discovered it was not. I am in touch with their customer service and they have asked me to get in touch with my insurance company and the praxis (which I have to no avail).
Although the Skype appointment was fine, I feel that the lack of communication is unprofessional and in this circumstance unfair.

(Translated by Google) My experience with Wilhelm was very negative. I officially warned him more than two days before my 3rd physiotherapy session that I "probably" won't be able to walk (I warned him via WhatsApp). However, he did not tell me that I had to "officially" cancel my appointment on Doctolib, otherwise I would have missed one of the total of 6 sessions that the orthopedist prescribed for me. The following week I go to physical therapy and I find that he, very annoyed, informs me that I officially missed and lost the previous week's session (which I did not show up for and which I did not officially cancel via Doctolib). I tried to make him understand that he had not warned me that I had to officially cancel the appointment on Doctolib and I told him that this information was not on his page on Doctolib. He was neither flexible nor understanding, so I decided to stop physical therapy with him and asked him to send me the orthopedist's prescription back so that I could do the remaining two sessions with another physical therapist.
After more than two weeks I tried to remind him via WhatsApp but I found out that he probably blocked me since he didn't receive my messages so I emailed the Eutonia practice and coincidentally he replied me the next day and informed me that he would send me the prescription within the next week. After almost a month of waiting, I still haven't received the prescription (although Wilhelm says he mailed it to me but didn't provide proof of postage). Of course I informed the health insurance that I only had 4 and not 6 physiotherapy sessions with him to avoid problems. Communication and professionalism are practically non-existent, I do not recommend doing physiotherapy with him.
