Due to necessity, I and my wife stayed at this hotel for quite a long time. The hotel locates at a quite side street, just one block away to busy commercial area where you can get everything for your daily need. It is only two minutes walk to underground subway station and to bus stops of many different route lines. You can use single ticket to get on train/bus to everywhere in Berlin. Very convenient.
It is very quite inside the hotel. Clean. Very well serviced. One of the best three star hotel with my experience of twenty years world travelling. Highly recommended.
Thanks to the owner/manager(Kolia)/Staff(Thomas) for your friendness and service. I may come back again!

Tiny but very friendly hotel. Staff is extremely flexible and friendly. Location is perfect for exploring Berlin.

Good 3 star hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is quite small, but nicely cleaned.
The breakfast for 8,50€ a day was "simple". I wish there was some bacon available. Nevertheless, it tasted good.
Can really recommend this location.

Nice fairly minimalist room. Comfy bed, even with my dodgy hip. Great shower. Good breakfast available until a sensible time. Will stay again.

Very good price to quality ratio. Very kind and helping service. Relatively low price. Hotel is very well connected with U-Bahn. Lots of shops and bars nearby. Muslim praying room located on the other side of the building's courtyard was quite surprising but still acceptable.

The hotel is well located in Neukölln next to a parking, the room was very clean and quiet. Quality bed. Excellent price/value
