Rude? Not at all! We had the friendliest service we've encountered so far in Berlin. The raspberry cake served was a large portion and delicious. We were so pleasantly surprised with this cozy cafe. Highly recommended after walking around the flea market.

In this neighbourhood probably the best place to have breakfast. On weekend try to prebook if you are coming with family or friends. Their menu is made of freshly baked sour dough bread that can be paired with eggs, cheeses, jams, salami, etc. I would recommend scrambled eggs with herbs, ham and cheese. Croissant with butter and jam pairs well with coffee. And yes coffee is spectacular here. If you're in the area don't miss it.

Unfortunately I was surprised again by the absolutely unfriendly and sarcastic treatment of a certain waitress. It is about time that the service gets better and more professional in Berlin. At the end we pay and deserve to be treated with respect.

Good place for breakfast but super busy and very tight inside.

We attempted to have Breakfast for 8 people but that was very difficult to realize.

We sat outside (it was raining) for a short time and was then offered a table inside.

The food and drinks were given in a timely manner. All tasted really nice and I would definitely recommend this place.

The owner was very friendly and the staff were super efficient.

Really friendly nice service at the counter, Käsespätzle to eat which was a pretty hefty and filling serving, as well as delicious. Decent value, full and happy for €11ish. I've paid way more in this city for less.

It is a bit overpriced for breakfast/brunch options because for the same price we had dinner at Potsdamer platz in a decent place. But very nice area to have your coffee.

We ordered 2 aperol spritz and one cheese and meat table. The quality was good but it was overpriced. They took like 30 min to serv it. Waiters were nice but too slow. The terrace is nice though.
