The worst experience and the worst customer support. First of all, it has been a long time since I am waiting for an answer for just a tourist visa. When I try to contact them they do not respond and I listen to a completely useless robot talking. Not helpful. Then the woman picked up the phone and I she was extremely rude and I am sorry for a bad word but behaved like a b****!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even finish and she hanged up on me......second time she just sent me to speak with the robot again. I am sorry but this is not acceptable!!!!!! One star is way too much for such a terrible service.

I got the answer i was looking for regarding passport issues, but the man i spoke with was super short and just acting like he wants to get the call over with. He didn't even finish his sentence and basically hung up on himself...

Horrible service. Tried to get a visa appointment, webpage said 11 days out to schedule. AFTER I paid the fees there are no available slots. No one gives me info, no one reachable no phone, email chat or social media. Turns out that they're not scheduling any H1B visa appointments, and I had to find that out in an internet forum. What do I do now with all my travel arrangements?? Why these people get paid public money? waste

Awful awful experience!
Have sent the passport by mail as they asked for visa issuance but after one and half month we have not received anything!
Calling the embassy they say I need to login to the website and check the status there and they can not help over phone!
I have checked a thousand times through website and no information there. It says no status available. That's why I called! I have emailed multiple emails through and outside the website too but nothing!!
Where is the passporttttt?

No appointments available for visa renewal although on the official website indicated that waiting time was 35 calendar days (hence why the choice of this embassy)

I need an appointment ASAP as I don’t live in Berlin and I’ve got travel plans for November.

Always a good experience. Have to come here every 5 years to renew my kids passports. So friendly and patient. Had an appointment scheduled for 11:15 ,got there early. No problem. Saw us early got out in 20 minutes. My experience is if you gave all your paperwork with you then everything goes smoothly

Really the worst customer service. Rude people on the phone. It is so hard to talk with an agent and when I finally get to talk to one of them after describing my situation and why I am calling, they told me to wait a moment and then she transfered me to the same talking machine. They constantly ask you to visit their website but of course the website can’t help you with exceptional situations. The website doesn‘t have all the answer!!
