I am not a fan of zoos. With that said Berlin zoo is really beautiful and well kept. They have a lot of animals and a huge aquarium

Gate in good state, not much to see, just for the historical landmark if you're personally interested. You need tickets for the zoo, however gate are outside so you can visit it just passing by

Very nice organised zoo, but many species of animals .. had great fun there.. first time I saw real panda

Amazing zoo. You can get really close to the animals.
Lots of places to eat along the trail. Plenty of toilets.
The aquarium is also really good too.
Disappointed with the gift shop.

The Elefantentor is a pair of small, but life size sculptures of elephants at the entrance to Berlin Zoo. The elephants are lying on their stomach with legs askew. Not sure if that’s even a normal position for elephants. Fine if you’re passing, or near the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Otherwise only visit if you have lots of time.

Huuuge place! We needed with my boyfriend on a fast speed tour at least 3 hours to see everything. It was magical

The park was great, took us 4-5 hours including lunch.

+ green and lush park with benches for rest everywhere . Many different animals, Pandas, Icebears, penguins, elephants, monkeys and more.
+ worth to visit the aquarium if you go to a aquarium for the first time

- food offers could be better and healthy and better variation of dishes.
