My friend and I were hunting for food around 21:00 and we're guessing this is rather late due to the number of restaurants we walked by that were closed at the time. When we crossed the main street to start heading back to our hotel we saw this little hole in the wall, kind of hidden away butit looked open so we just tested our luck. The owner was very welcoming, super nice and friendly. Though we had a language barrier, we managed to speak food together. The quality of food for the price was amazing. The amount you get is also more than fair. We had 2 × plate sets + 2 x vegetable soups + 2 x teas and we were so stuffed, but left with our tummy and hearts filled with love. We highly recommend this place to even locals, as we saw many who just quickly come in for take-away.

I invited my friends to lunch at my house and I had order from EL RAYES Cafeteria, and the experience was amazing. If you are thinking of making a party or inviting a lunch, just go for EL RAYES Cafeteria (prices ????)

I went to this place for lunch with my colleague for two consecutive days. For a place around Turmstrasse, Moabit, this is not so expensive. The Falafel and Hummos Teller were very well made and tasty. The attendee guy was very friendly and jovial. Though the place was small, it wasn't overcrowded, so we were able to have a comfortable lunch with casual conversation. Worth a try!

The place looks a bit rough on the outside but the food Is cheap and the prices are decent. Was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised. Worth going again.
