Good coffee, nice view of the square, friendly staff, and the place is clean. Crepes were quite bland, the whipped cream that comes with it is clearly from a store bought can, €2,20 for a Meßmer store bought tea bag, flavor of the vanilla ice cream was very strange. Though a decent place, the quality unfortunately does not match the price. The cakes inside looked good but I didn’t try them. Good for a quick coffee though!

Nice, clean cafe with friendly staff and huge ice cream menu.
Ice cream is tasty.
Be prepared some of the portions are big.

Great authentic Italian ice cream, coffee and cakes. Has a nice outside area first the summer days also.

Oh, boy, I just love La Piazza!! I've lived in Berlin for three years and going to La Piazza is always a true pleasure whether it be for a simple ice cream cone with the kiddies or for a romantic sit-down lunch with my hubby or for a larger gathering with friends. I love the breakfast buffet and the atmosphere inside (an amazing combination of minimalism and warmth/coziness). They have the best ice cream -such nice servers, too. I'm one super happy repeat customer and can't say enough about how grateful I am to have a place like this so close to home. Ahhhhh.... This is the life (and at a reasonable price). :-)

Nice cafe at Mexicoplatz. Ice cream u0026 coffee are good. In addition to this, Sunday brunches are also fine. Manager of the cafe is a very careful lady, therefore the service is also much better than most of the cafes in Berlin
