Nice place but service was really slow and incredibly unfriendly. They kept ignoring us and later on they told one of us to put away a water bottle, which wasn’t possible because we didn’t have a bag. The owner got angry and was even unfriendlier. Not coming back here for sure.

1 Star is even too much. The bar is really nice, but the owner of this place is the most unfriendly person ever. We had to wait at least half an hour to be able to order (even though it was not so chaotic). Morover the owner was really rude towards my friend because her own bottle of water was placed below the table. Literally no one could see it. He took it very rudely in front of everybody and loudly said “keine mitgebrachte getränke in meiner Bar”. Then sir, first start to behave properly, and decide to do another job if you’re so frustrated.

Really nice cafe with a pretty view at the park. It’s super cozy and the staff is friendly!

Food and drinks are ok, nothing special or amazing, but the location makes up for it ????

Cute and cozy bar /cafe. In an interesting part of the neighborhood. We liked coming here (although I can’t recommend the apply wine). I liked my food and other drinks! We also really liked the interior too! Prices are fair and the staff of warm and friendly. Also has a lot of outdoor seating

As most reviews are already stating: a shame that such a nice place has such terrible service. It would be high time the owner does something about it. Some staff is better than other but overall it's terrible. Not only do you feel like you are bothering them by ordering something but my waiters did not even make the effort to come take my payment, and when I stood up to go pay inside I realised they were sitting at a table having drinks and cigarettes, this is next level, even for Berlin lol

Update: Recently went here again. This time there was a new waiter and he treated us very well. Also their cheesecake is quite good.

The coffee is good, the croissants are good, the place is good BUT the service is bad. I would say that the waiters are a little rude, it feels like as if we are bothering them with our presence. Not a very pleasant experience!
