I was able to making an appointment quickly and easily over email.
Unfortunately, the in-person experience was confusing and unsatisfactory.

The signs posted everywhere imply that you should go to a different building around the corner for an MRI. I did this and was sent back to the main building. There are signs everywhere that say to do this and that.. but I'm still learning German and it was confusing to understand the process.

I tried my best to speak German to the receptionist, but it wasn't good enough and no one spoke English. I though that I was told to walk back to the first building.. so I did.. only to be sent back again.

The scan itself was fine, but I was confused again when I was handed a CD and shown out. My doctor doesn't have a way to view my scans, and no written report was produced. I've tried to contact DTZ, and received no response after several days.

Fast queue, easy to access place and an attentive doctor, who really took time to answer all my questions and gave clear recommendations. For papers, wating, doctor time and blood test I needed 30 min all together.
One may need to wait to get an appointment, but the place seems to be quite popular, so that’s ok.

In summary u003d very efficient! I was informed beforehand about the sequence and duration of my PSMA/PET and MRT-Becken scans and everything ran smoothly to that plan. All of the ladies I came in contact with were professional and mostly very friendly, even if at times I had a little trouble with the Berliner accent and the high speed it is spoken with
:-). The Doctor (Peschel) was very friendly and took time to explain the (good) results of my scans.

I came here with a letter of referral from another doctor's office for an x-ray. Pleasant and clear reception at the front desk, was taken care of fast and able to leave the building 30 minutes later.

The personal cannot speak English and they don't accept patients who doesn't know German. In Berlin as international city every medical center should have personnel who can speak English too.

Reception was fast and efficient. No waiting period. Staff willing to clarify all doubts. MRT went smooth and fast. Thank you all

Hours are different than what Google says. If they actually get around to answering the phone (which is rare), then the people on the phone are incredibly rude and unhelpful.
