I was able to making an appointment quickly and easily over email.
Unfortunately, the in-person experience was confusing and unsatisfactory.
The signs posted everywhere imply that you should go to a different building around the corner for an MRI. I did this and was sent back to the main building. There are signs everywhere that say to do this and that.. but I'm still learning German and it was confusing to understand the process.
I tried my best to speak German to the receptionist, but it wasn't good enough and no one spoke English. I though that I was told to walk back to the first building.. so I did.. only to be sent back again.
The scan itself was fine, but I was confused again when I was handed a CD and shown out. My doctor doesn't have a way to view my scans, and no written report was produced. I've tried to contact DTZ, and received no response after several days.
