terrible, rude, disrespectful customer service. Costs for services (like cleaning the common areas) that are not carried out are charged and complaints from tenants about services not done are ignored or denied. A truly disrespectful bunch who put increased profits at 1st place and respect for tenants rights and welfare at the absolute last place.

Strongly do not recommend it. Very disorganised from the very beginning. By the apartment's reparation its even worse, if they find an appointment for you it's gonna be minimum in 1month, or just gonna reply you that the appointment is not possible at the moment and will contact me when would possible, 'es tut uns leid'. Must say that its hard to wait for a month for their electrician to come and repair the light.

Despite of a lot of negative reviews, I'm living since 2017 by Deutsche Wohnen in Potsdam. Actually, I cannot say anything negative about the company. Everything works, the rent is slightly below average in the area, Nebenkosten are also not so high, nice neighbourhood, etc., etc. The employee of Deutsche Wohnen that rented the flat to us was friendly and also provided support after we got in. So I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Stay away from this company. No way to make any communication with them at all. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!
Last year I reported a heating damage and they came after about 2 months. This year it is not working again. I called more than 10 times and I'm always told that they will come and I have to wait at home, but no one shows up. I do not really know who to complain to. You feel totally helpless at this company!

Disorganized. I wasted several hours with them, making sure to arrive at their offices half an hour before they opened, only to be told that there was an additional, non-standard requirement to rent an apartment (Wohnberechtigungsschein), which they "forgot" to mention in 1) their online ad, 2) on their website posting, 3) in a telephone call with me, and 4) in an email with me. "I'll be sure to let me colleague know". Thanks, that's very useful.
