Sie leitete sofort eine Behandlung ein, die schon am Folgetag zur deutlichen Linderung der Schmerzen beitrug und bereits heute zu einer fast kompletten Schmerzfreiheit geführt hat. Am Samstag war ich zu einer notwendigen Nachbehandlung. Auch dort waren alle sehr umsichtig und mir wurde schnell geholfen.

Kinderversorgung am 08.06.2022. Bis zum heutigen Tag war ich sehr, sehr zufrieden. Die bisherige Ärztin hatte heute leider schon Feierabend. Die Ärztin heute hat dann aber den Vogel abgeschossen. Ohne die Vorgeschichte meines Kindes und die damit verbundenen "Qualen" zu kennen, absolut arrogantes, deplatziertes Verhalten. Ich arbeite selbst in einer Kinderarztpraxis, würde sich unser Personal den Eltern gegenüber so verhalten, dann wäre unsere Praxis leer. Meinem Kind ist eine Füllung rausgefallen, am Zahn dahinter war eine Stelle, die sollten wir schon länger beobachten. Schon beim Reinkommen, gabs anstelle eines guten Tags, einen Anranzer warum ich keinen Termin habe. Einen zu bekommen hatte ich versucht, sollte dann ohne Termin und mit Wartezeit kommen, weil es ungünstigerweise keinen Termin gab und mein Kind Schmerzen hatte. Ich habe dann im Gespräch kurz angerissen, was bisher operativ gemacht wurde, da murmelte sie noch irgendwas vor sich hin. Egal, die Klinik ist toll, auch diese Ärztin hat die Behandlung professionell durchgezogen und war sehr nett zu meinem Kind. Verhalten, mir als Mutter gegenüber absolut unterirdisch. 0 Sterne! Die Praxis an sich hat 5 Sterne verdient.
