Decathlon is my favorite sport store by far. They offer good quality product for an affordable prices. It ranges from basic to premium products. I have been to multiple stores. In this specific store, I went to a service point to do a security check for my bike that I bought 2 years ago from an other decathlon store. The service was quite fast. I left my bike there and they called me back in 2 days to take it. They did a full check and adjusted what needed to be adjusted. Of course any extra equipment I asked for to be added is paid extra to the check costs which is 40€ at the time of this review.

Super helpful staff.... it is a small shop but they have a good amount of things for you to buy...

Bike montage and repair service is too inexperienced. They could not fix shifting problem of my old bike, I paid 13 euros for nothing. Later I fixed it.

Also we bought a new decathlon bike. They installed brakes without checking. Front brake was self braking and not aligned. Later I fixed it.
Now I'm buying another decathlon bike, I requested the bike to be delivered to some other decathlon store.

I cannot recommend to purchase a bicycle from this place. My bike broke after only 2 months of using it. I returned for a repair. After taking three weeks I to repair it, I went to pick up my bike only to learn that it was beyond repair. As I said this took three weeks! Then there was no replacement bike available, so the service promised to notify me when new stock arrives. This was four weeks ago and I have not heard a word. This is so bad. I will add that they were really friendly with me but unfortunately they are too unorganised and clearly show no value in me as a customer. Go and buy somewhere else!
