We stayed here for 3 nights early July and found the room to be clean, mattress was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and quick to respond. We had trouble with out safe and the staff came quickly and fixed it for us. Breakfast had many choices which were all very good. The atmosphere was good, restaurant was clean and people were attentive to our needs. The location was very good as we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. Public transportation options were close by as well as restaurants and stores. We will stay here again on our next trip to Berlin.

Good location - walking distance from what you want to see. Rooms were clean and felt modern with fast wifi, good AC, a safe, etc. Housekeeping was respectful of our privacy and restocked shampoo when used. There was some construction going on by our room (probably remodeling?) which we heard some during the afternoon but was not an issue at night or in the morning. The biggest issue was the shower pressure was weak and the water temp was not consistent and would change from hot to cold multiple times during a shower. Pretty decent hotel!

Basic amenities with poor facilities (no frills bathroom without so much as lotion).

Gym was closed during our stay for renovations without warning. Staff friendly but all seemed to have just started so therefore rarely helpful.

Not to the standard expected. Will not be staying at a Courtyard hotel again.

Great business hotel for a personal vacation stay. Convenient location allows access to all Berlin’s attractions through efficient public transportation system. Relatively easy to reach hotel from airport by S-Bahn (€3.80) to Hauptbahnhof/Central station then taxi to hotel (€15) or taxi from airport (€51). Amazing breakfast buffet and very friendly attentive staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly people at the front desk and they serve free coffee for their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean room.

The only issues I had was that the sink and shower drains where very slow.

Otherwise friendly staff, who makes a great breakfast.

The Hotel location is not far from some of the main tourist attractions in Berlin Mitte. If you are good by foot you can walk for example to Check-Point Charly, Gendarmenmarkt (French Dome, German Dome etc.), along Friedrrich Strasse, Leipziger Strasse, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden, Bundestag etc. Though you have to be good by foot. Public transport is available, and day tickets can be purchased as well.
The check-in was friendly and efficient. The staff was courteous and obliging.
The room was nice, quiet, spacious and clean. Phone, wifi, TV, bar fridge, bathroom amenities all were readily available.
